Technical Assessment

Understanding your pool before making decisions

On-site professional diagnosis to analyse the pool system and identify problems, risks and opportunities for improvement.

Pool System Technical Assessment

Professional diagnosis for safe and long-lasting decisions

A swimming pool is a complete technical system — hydraulic, electrical and structural — which naturally undergoes wear over time and changes in usage.

When doubts arise, recurring problems appear or important decisions need to be made, the first step should be to understand the real condition of the pool as a whole.

A technical assessment is a professional diagnosis of the pool system, carried out on site, allowing its condition to be understood before any intervention.

More and more clients prefer to begin with a technical assessment before moving forward with repairs or improvements, ensuring decisions are based on the real condition of the pool.

At BRAZÉ, we see this assessment as a moment of technical clarity and trust — an opportunity to calmly analyse the pool, explain what is happening, and guide the owner toward the most appropriate solution.

Every pool is different — and similar symptoms can have completely different causes.

Who this technical assessment is for

A technical assessment is recommended whenever there is a need to better understand the condition of the pool.

For example:

  • pools with recurring problems
  • recently purchased homes with a pool
  • older equipment with no technical history
  • preparation for renovation
  • holiday homes and rental properties
  • questions about how the system works

There is not always a visible problem — often it is simply about confirming that the system is working correctly.

What is analysed

The technical assessment includes a global analysis of the pool and its technical system:

Pool structure

  • Finish (tiles, mosaic, fibreglass or liner)
  • Joints and grouting
  • Signs of wear or infiltration
  • Skimmers, inlets and accessories

Technical system

  • Pump, filter and filter media
  • Hydraulic system
  • Water treatment system
  • Plant room organisation

Electrical system

  • Pool electrical panel
  • Main protections
  • General installation condition

System efficiency

  • Overall pool operation
  • Equipment condition
  • Possible energy-efficiency improvements

The goal is not to calculate energy consumption, but to identify opportunities to make the pool more efficient, stable and reliable.

During the assessment, the diagnosis and recommendations are explained directly on site, allowing the owner to clearly understand the pool’s condition and possible solutions.

Assessment outcome

After the visit, the client receives:

  • Technical diagnosis of the system
  • Clear explanation of the pool’s condition
  • Identification of risks or wear
  • Practical recommendations
  • Guidance for future decisions

The objective is simple: to provide technical clarity and support confident decisions.

Service value

The Pool System Technical Assessment costs
50€ + VAT (61.50€ including VAT).

This includes travel within our service area, on-site technical time, and system diagnosis.

Whenever the assessment leads to a technical intervention or equipment supply carried out by BRAZÉ, the value is fully deducted, effectively making the assessment free.

In most situations, the technical assessment is the first step in an ongoing technical relationship, allowing interventions to be planned safely and helping to avoid unexpected costs.

More than a standalone service, it is an investment in peace of mind and the proper functioning of the pool.
